Encouragement

you are enough

Even when you don’t feel like it.

you matter

More than you probably realize.

Keep Going

Better days are still ahead.

Take a deep breath and give yourself grace today. You are doing the best you can with what you have, and that is more than enough. Trust in your own strength, remember how far you've come, and know that even the smallest step forward is still progress. You've got this.

No matter what unexpected challenges you face today, remember that you have the strength, resilience, and capability to handle them.

My story

The Next Step Project wasn't created because I had all the answers.

It was created because, for much of my life, I've struggled with my own mental health. I've experienced depression, loneliness, and the feeling of being unwanted and unloved. Those feelings haven't simply disappeared, and I know what it's like to wonder if anyone truly understands what you're carrying.

Through those struggles, one thing has always stayed with me: I never wanted someone else to feel the way I have.

Whether it was making someone laugh, offering a kind word, sharing a beautiful place in nature, or simply reminding someone they're not alone, I've always believed that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference.

That's why The Next Step Project exists.

This isn't just a clothing brand or a website. It's a reminder that no matter how difficult today feels, you don't have to face it alone. It's a community built on hope, encouragement, compassion, and the belief that every person has value.

My goal isn't to pretend I have life figured out. I'm still taking my own next steps every day.

But if something I create—a shirt, a business card, a bracelet, a video, or a simple message—helps one person feel seen, gives someone the strength to keep going, or reminds them that they matter, then this journey has been worth it.

Because no matter where you are in life, you don't have to take the whole journey today.

Just take The Next Step

this is just the beginning

Right now, I'm focused on building a place where people can find hope, encouragement, and a reminder that they are never alone.

The Next Step Project is still just beginning, but my vision is to grow it into a community where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged every day. As it grows, I'll be adding new resources, community features, and meaningful ways to spread hope.

Everything I create will have one purpose:

To remind people they matter, they are enough, and they never have to walk their journey alone.

Thank you for being here from the very beginning. I can't wait to see where the next step takes us.

before you go

Life can be rough. Take a moment to decompress or stay as long as you need to. This video should help. I'm here for you!
